My top is a skirt. Or a really short dress that I had to put a skirt under it.
(But really, it's a skirt).
The plus of this outfit that I knocked two of my skirts off the list. The con? I can't wear all my bottoms as tops (or tops as bottoms, now how come I never see that on blogs?)
